YOUTH SURVEYS

Voice of 1,000 is a pioneering survey of a 1,000 kids aged 8 to 14 across Canada and the United States on climate change.

The survey hopes to gain insights into

  • Youth's concern for the environment

  • Youth's conviction about their role and ability to impact carbon emissions

  • Youth's likelihood to commit to choices to minimize one’s carbon footprint

This survey was initiated by SOWCOOL.org in 2021 in partnership with the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics, University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada, under a funding agreement with MITACS.
